"Bloom & Glow"

Pottery Perfection is thrilled to partner with River Bend Homestead to bring you "Bloom & Glow", an enjoyable, creative evening of candle making and flower arranging on Thursday, September 11, from 6-8 pm. Candle making is the newest artistic addition to Pottery Perfection. We offer a wide array of gorgeous fragrances and vessels for guests to create their own uniquely scented candles. Our partner for this event, River Bend Homestead, is a small farm located in Northwest Ohio, specializing in locally and naturally grown fresh cut flowers. They offer CSA bouquet subscriptions, floral arranging and gardening workshops, bouquet bars, and more!

The evening begins with a candle-making demonstration by one of our expert candle chandlers. Guests will follow along and create their own scented candle, which will be poured into one of our pre-selected vessels. While the candles are curing, Becca from River Bend Homestead will present a demonstration on floral arranging, followed by each of our guests creating a beautiful, fresh flower arrangement to take home.

Cost is $50 (non-refundable) per person. This price includes both demonstrations and all supplies to create a 6-ounce candle and a flower arrangement. If you would like to choose a different candle vessel than the one provided, you can upgrade and pay the difference at the class. Please note the photo for this class is for promotional purposes only and does not include the actual candle or floral arrangement that will be made during the class. Flowers used in the class will be fresh-cut September blooms. Registration is required by September 9. Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages. Creativity enhancers such as wine are allowed for ages 21+.
