WHAT TO EXPECT?
✨ You will arrive at the studio to a cocoon of soothing sound and gentle candle light with mats and all props arranged and ready for you to take your desired space.
🧘🏼♂️ You will then be lulled into a place of rest, regeneration, and restoring balance using relaxing, long yin held postures, as your journey begins.
💗 As the session progresses, you'll have the opportunity to join Branan in using your voice to access the journey to your heart center, feeling your vibration and harmony.
