PACK COLLECTIONS AND PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENTS

Pack Collection: Available from 8:30am -10.30am in downstairs training room for all age groups U6-U13


LITTLE NIPPERS - U8 and U9
9:15am
Meet on the beach for sign-in and group chat.

9:30-10:00am
U9's complete 100m swim + 15 second back float.

10:00-10:30am
U8's complete 100m swim + 15 second back float.

While waiting, U8's will join in flags/beach games (if enough helpers available)

NIPPERS - U10-U13
10:30 am
Pack collection, sign-in, and group chat

10:35 - 10:45 am
-U10 150m swim + 1 min back float/tread water
-U10 & U11: Submerge and touch sand at 1.5m depth +
3 min float/scull

10:45 - 11:10 am
11 & U12 complete 200m swim

11:10 - 11:30 am
U13 complete 200m swim + 3 min float/scull

This will be held on Sunday 5 and Sunday 12 October. Please try attend as this ensures a smooth running first day and nippers can get straight into activities.

NOTE: No attendance required for U6, U7 and Youth.

If you are unable to attend, the assessments will be conducted on the first day.
