About This Retreat
If you feel you’ve been living on autopilot — getting through the
days, responding to what’s needed, but not quite living how you
want — you’re not alone. This retreat offers space to slow down,
reconnect, and reset. It goes beyond a typical one-day self-care and relaxation. While rest and regulation are a big part of the day (3 to 4 hours of nurturing practices - see below), this experience goes so much further — guiding you to reflect, realign, and reconnect with what matters most.
Over six nourishing hours, you’ll move through yoga, meditation, gentle breathwork, somatic movement, and mindfulness — interweaved with guided reflection to help you gently reconnect with what matters most and plan your next steps with intention.
This is a restorative, nurturing, and heartfelt day — but it also has a practical side. You’ll leave feeling renewed and centred, with clarity about how the different areas of your life are going right now, and with realistic next steps for where you’d like to go from here.
This retreat is for any woman who’s ready to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give herself a day of care, nourishment, and clarity. It’s especially for you if you’ve been feeling stretched, stuck, or simply ready to pause and take stock. If you’ve been getting through the days without clear direction, this is your chance to reset, reflect, and gently rediscover your focus.
Sue is highly trained and experienced — a soulful, heart-focused therapist with a deep understanding of the science of the mind and body, and how we heal and thrive. There’s no “woo-woo,” no performance, and no need to twist yourself into a pretzel. Every practice is designed to be accessible, supportive, trauma-informed, person-centred and deeply grounding.
INCLUDES:
Yoga, Gentle Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Movement, Mindfulness (about 3 to 4 hours worth weaved throughout the day so lots of regulation and grounding)
