Here, your BIGNESS is welcomed & celebrated. And I don't mean performative or egoic bigness. I'm speaking to the fact that our true essence often gets contained and confined in this world. Sometimes for maintaining harmony, sometimes to fit in, sometimes because we've don't quite know what our true essence is yet.
These primal bodies can expand and move and express in ways on the dancefloor that often play by different rules to the conditioning we've received. This is your playground for exploring new authentic movements & rhythms.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic dance is a very special container where ALL of you is welcome on the dance floor. Together we ride a musical wave, inviting the raw wisdom of our bodies to guide us.
We Dance to awaken our radical, wild aliveness.
We Dance to move emotion through our bodies.
We Dance as a prayer. We Dance to celebrate.
We Dance to connect.
We Dance because, quite simply, we were born to move this way!!
There are no set moves. There is only you and the pulsating life force that is aching to find its expression through your unique soulful, embodied rhythmicity.
The moment you walk through the doors, you are invited to fully inhabit your body and get moving.
You can expect a variety of music woven together to keep you in the moment and the movement. From soft and slow to hard and fast, sexy bass beats to classic remixes to sound healing vibes at the very end... the 90 minute journey is a full spectrum soul experience for the body mind and spirit.
