Fibonacci Centre (upstairs past the cafe in the yoga room, stair access only)

✨A nourishing snack to share, only if you have capacity
✨Something from the garden for the alter

We will start circle with a meditation song to ground us followed by opening up the circle and those who would like to share can.
We will then get a little creative and make our own sun catchers 🌈✨
