Anna Wallwork, local Mama and long time singer/songwriter/ violinist , takes to the stage to tell raw, hearty and comedic life stories. The evening , she’s coined , ‘Luminosity’ , hopes to bring ‘light in an uncertain world ‘. Wallwork, having grown up in a big , colourful, story telling family, feels ready to expand her audience with the thing she loves most -music & stories . With an honest and vulnerable approach, she hopes to connect the people in the room back to themselves and to lift and enliven spirits! Her yarns will be infused with live songs , much of which are iconic numbers . Wallwork will invite various guests to join her in the musical part of the show - including her brother in law David Cain - more readily known for his lead voice as ‘ Silky de haar’ in 80’s band ‘Oats Supply ’.
Expect big feels and a night of open hearts.
Freo legend ‘ Trevalene’ will open the night with her cool & soothing feminine originals.
DJ Macca will pick up the tempo , followed by DJ Paul Malone who will work his iconic magic, stirring the dance floor into a frenzy into the latter part of the night!
Get your sparkles, shimmers and pastels on as you’re invited to dress with ‘ Luminosity!’
