About the event

Gentle Landing (4 weeks, for new parents)

A peer support group for new mums and dads with babies 0-6 months.

Join us for a 4-week series where we gather weekly to share about our experiences of life with a young baby.

Together we’ll explore topics like feeding, sleep, self-care, relationships and the deep identity shifts of becoming a parent.

Session dates are: 23 October, 30 October, 6 November and 13 November.
