Join Tha Bogan Buddha for a perfect start to your Friday's by relaxing by the beach and taking in the beautiful sounds and wonder of the water 💙
We do a 10 minute guided meditation of gratitude.. then hit the water for an early morning dip allowing the fresh salt water awaken our mind, body and soul 🧘‍♀ïļðŸ§˜ðŸ§˜â€â™‚ïļ
