Hey friends,
I’d love to invite you to a Pilates class followed by a shared breakfast at South Beach on Sunday, 7th December.
I’m scheduling arrival for 7:30am, and we’ll aim to start the class at 7:45am. The session will run for around 45 minutes.
The idea is to enjoy that post-workout endorphin boost, the ocean breeze, the joy of moving together, and then nourish ourselves with a delicious breakfast we’ll all share.
Pilates will include stretching, strengthening, and gentle breath work — a full-body session suitable for all levels, even if it’s your first time.
Please bring your own mat and some food or a drink to share for our collective breakfast.
