First Moon Circle

First Moon Circles are a modern take on an ancient rite of passage. A beautiful way to prepare your daughter for her first period with confidence, curiosity, and celebration.

Rather than just covering biology like school does, these circles offer holistic, empowering education that helps girls feel proud of their changing bodies, understand their emotions, and break the period taboos that have shaped how generations of women relate to their bodies, their power, and their worth.

Girls’ Circle: Honest, age-appropriate period education, connection with peers, natural product play & demos, and space to ask anything.

Mother–Daughter Circle: A sweet afternoon tea and sharing ritual. You’ll connect, learn about cycle self-care, create a keepsake, and honour this special transition together.

Everyone leaves with a gift bag, new friends, and a whole lot more confidence! 💫
