Join us for a three week yoga relaxation journey. We will practice gentle Yin Yoga with a long Yoga Nidra relaxation to follow.

Hello and Welcome,
A few yoga friends have requested a class and here it is!
I am excited to share some practices I love with you in yin and yoga nidra.

The intention is to create more peace ease space internally and let it ripple out to all!

We have been exploring a 6-8 minute guided relaxation journey in my regular classes and here we will extend that out to 20 minutes or more depending on the feel of the evening.

Please bring your mat, and any warm layers, pillows, and blankets you may like having to feel comfortable as we are practising on a beautiful wood floor in the local quaint historic dance hall! I am looking forward to welcoming you to these gentle beginners workshops.
