DADS Sea&Sauna Session #12

#12!!! Our twelfth NewDadsSea&Sauna session is this Saturday 6th September, and we can't wait to share this space with you. This is an opportunity for connecting with other dads while resetting our body system with a sea-sauna immersion. We will feel the heat, the cold sea, we will breath and reset. There will be an invitation for brief check-ins and also to set intention(s) either for the day, week, month... We are doing this once a month so keep an eye on this space. LET'S DO THIS!!! ***UnlessSauna is not recommended if you have: * asthma or other breathing conditions.* a heart disease.* epilepsy.* very high or very low blood pressure.* or are under the influence of alcohol.* or are taking stimulants, tranquilizers, or other mind-altering drugs.
