- Adults - 300m swim and 2km run
- Kids - 100m swim and 250m run.
- Sausage sizzle post-race. (with gold coin donation for charity)

Younger participants can also join Trystars
Trystars is an introduction to the sport of triathlon for kids in the 7-12 year range, with a focus on fun and enjoyment.
It enables kids to develop skills, ability, and fitness in a non-competitive environment.
Training will be conducted at Coogee Beach, with the shallow shoreline and quiet paths and green areas providing a suitably safe training venue.
The course will run for 6 sessions, and includes free entry into the Crown Electrical Splash N Dash races as well as discounted entry into the Coogee Beach Triathlon.
Details :
- 5.20pm – 5.50pm. Splash’n’Dash (optional) at 6 pm.
- Bring bathers/tri-suit, goggles, and running shoes.
- Dates are 16 January, 30 January, 13 February, 20 February, 6 March and 27 March.
- Sunday 22nd March Coogee Triathlon
- Meet at the playground, located to the west of the Coogee Surf Lifesaving Club car park
- Cost: $21 (after club fee refund)
