During my return to Freiburg, I look forward to reconnecting with the dance community and sharing my ongoing research and experience in Contact Improvisation.�I invite you to a CI workshop before the regular Saturday Jam — a focused, collaborative space to enrich our CI practice while cultivating our creative, relational bodies.
We will explore functional movement principles and patterns, attunement, and partnering skills — weaving technical foundations with improvisational tools to support and expand your dancing. Guided somatic explorations, embodied inquiries, and abundant dancing will be enriched by participants’ questions and individual needs.
This workshop welcomes movers of all levels, offering tailored tools and inspiration so each participant can be challenged, nourished, and grow in exchange with others. Bring your curiosity and your questions!

With over two decades of experience as an independent freelancer across Europe, Asia, and North America, her work reflects a deep exploration of movement, self-inquiry, and diverse cultural influences.
