Thank you for registering to attend 2nd BIPOC Annual Mental Health Summit hosted at the Smith Center at Wolfe’s Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment in Freeport, Maine. We're honored to share this space with you and learn together how to create sustainable ways of doing life.
Info: Get yourself comfortable, grab a bite, and meet someone new.
Info: We will explore together what mental health means, we will get to reimagine what it means to heal on an individual level, in community as a strategy to build generational wealth.
Info: There is rarely space for men to talk about anything. This session will be for men and led by a psychologist. This powerful session will be a space for men to be surrounded by other men and simply be allowed to BE. Come as you are.
Info: What happens inside of us as a result of trauma leaves mark. This powerful session led by a licensed Social-Worker will help us unpack all the lies trauma taught us.
Info: Let's break bread , connect and explore the beautiful space Wolf Neck's has to offer.
Info: Through the lens of the enneagram, we will have time to identify how we show up and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
Info: This time will be a space for us to unwind the day, play and relax
