As your body settles into fully supported restorative poses, the gentle resonance of crystal bowls helps calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote deep mental clarity. Guided Yoga Nidra invites you into a dreamlike state of conscious rest—often described as feeling as restorative as hours of sleep.
