We’ll begin by exploring gentle ways to reconnect with your nighttime dreaming—whether you're a vivid dreamer or just starting to remember fragments. Using time-tested techniques rooted in Jungian psychology, Gestalt approaches, and the Delaney method, you'll learn how to interpret your dreams through symbolism, archetypes, dramatic reenactment, and even dream "interviewing."

In a supportive and reflective space, you’ll have the opportunity to share your dreams and receive insight through multiple lenses. We’ll also incorporate a creative component, inviting you to honor a dream of your choice through ritual—whether it’s through art, movement, writing, or another expressive form.

This workshop is a unique blend of insight, community, and creativity—an invitation to see your dreams not just as messages, but as doorways to deeper self-awareness.
