Winter encourages a slower pace and quiet reflection. While modern life makes it hard to listen to this pause, we can observe how plants and animals respond to the environmental cues of winter. Through guided meditation, journaling and breathwork, we will explore ways to slow down, rest deeply, calm the nervous system, restore our spirit and prepare for what is yet to come in the season ahead.
