YOGA w/ DANA!

This is quickly becoming our favorite weekly event, a reset button for us and all who participate. Dana is a gracious teacher who guides all levels of yogi from novice to advanced, with light hearted ease.
You do not need to sign up; just join us for flow style yoga and a few laughs most Thursdays! Suggested donation of $10 per student.

Please, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel/ blanket/ any props you may need for your practice.
