Creative Expression Through Meditation

Everyone is creative. It’s an innate gift that we may or may not have tapped into…yet.

Join Heather, from Souly Creations, as you go within to discover your creative genius. After a wonderful meditation, you will put paint and brush to canvas to express whatever idea(s), images, impressions, feelings, thoughts are inspired to create.

You can enjoy immersing yourself in the creative consciousness the group will create. It will be interesting and gratifying to see how your soul expresses itself! You will take home a “Souly Original” 9x12 canvas of your own creation!

Painting after meditation is a practice that leverages the calm, focused, and present state achieved through meditation to enhance creative expression and self-discovery. This approach helps to quiet the inner critic, quiet the mind, and foster a more intuitive connection to the creative process, leading to a feeling of peace, joy, and refreshed well-being. It is less about the outcome and more about the process of self-expression and connecting with the present moment.
