The RUBY Award, presented by 1st State Bank, was created to celebrate the young professionals of the Great Lakes Bay Region who are innovative, dedicated and enjoy fulfilling careers. By recognizing these individuals, it is our hope that other young professionals realize there are many opportunities available in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
