We can teach you how to better manage your chronic disease, such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, asthma, depression as well as other health conditions. This is a free six-week evidence-based program developed by Stanford University. You will learn more information regarding:

Managing pain, fatigue and difficult emotions
Guidelines for healthy eating
Physical Activity
Relaxation Techniques and how to deal with stress/anxiety
Communicating with friends, family and health care providers
Setting priorities & making action plans
