Welcome to the last three performances for this autumn for the Master in Performance at Norwegian Theatre Academy. NTA’s study plan for MA in Performance research project is organized as a series of public events happening between fall and spring of the second year of the course, organized in two phases with public events in Autumn 2025 and Spring 2026.

Once upon a time…there was a „Heimat“…they lived there…then war came…they fled…they were driven out…they were lost…they were cold…they sought guidance…they arrived somewhere…they weren’t wanted…they stood outside the door…no one asked…no one listened…they suppressed their…they fell silent…they did what they were told…they wanted to survive…they hoped…they tried to forget…and so they lived…they found a place…they gave birth to children…until this „Heimat“ disappeared too…everything was new…they no longer knew their way around…they tried to get their bearings…coldness surrounded them…they tried to find their way…they wanted to be part of it…they weren’t wanted…no one asked…no one listened…they fell silent…they tried to fit in…they wanted to survive…they silently swallowed their feelings…they resigned themselves…and so they lived…they gave birth to children…until…
A performance about longing and pain_a dancing act of remembering and letting go.
