Join us for three days of Farmer’s Education Workshops designed to strengthen knowledge, build community, and promote agricultural resilience across the U.S. Territories and Caribbean.


Workshop Topics Include:

• The Impact of Heat Stress on Ruminant Production in the Caribbean

• Collective Community Empowerment

• Seed and Soil Strategy for the U.S. Territories

To start each day with energy and focus, breakfast will be provided to all participants.

Info: Bridging the Locally grown Food Gap between SNAP/WIC

& local farms. Join us for food and cooking demos. Elementary school cook - off, school supply giveaway, ONE Communications tent with info & giveaways, WIC & SNAP recipients are welcomed. Friday, October 17th, 2025.

Info: All day cooking challenge featuring local restaurant owners, chefs & cooks using only VI locally grown foods. Spectators can spend the day or stop in for a while. Fun food samples for the whole family all day long!

Live entertainment for you to enjoy! Saturday October 18th, 2024

Info: Reserve a seat at the farm table where participating chefs will collaboratively prepare a six-course meal and coordinating cocktails at Sejah Farm of the Virgin Islands. Cocktail hour at 6pm, advanced reservations are required and limited seats available. BYOB Sunday, October 19th, 2025
