We will explore exercises and frameworks around the themes of aliveness, connection, truth, freedom, curiosity, vulnerability, and innocence.

Treat yourself with the quality of presence while experiencing how relating can feel nourishing and transformative.

- Circling / Surrendered Leadership / Transformational Connection
