Pilates session

After class:
Enjoy sourdough buns with cheese from local microbakery
To Brød and an iced coffee or frenchpress (included in ticket price)

WHAT TO EXPECT
- A dynamic pilates session designed for all levels - beginners or experienced
- A balanced tempo that flows with your breath
- A mix of strenghtening & stretching exercises
- Classic and creative positions that energize the whole body, and leaves you feeling stronger, taller and centered

PRACTICAL
Bring your own mat and water bottle<3 and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in.

Note: The event will be canceled in case of heavy rain
