New Years Yoga Workshop: Rythms of Life - With Soham Johansen

End the year with a bang of a yoga practice and dance into the new year infused with new knowledge on how to navigate the ups and downs, ins and outs of life:

The concept of "Dinacharya" refers to a daily schedule that aligns us with the rhythms of the day. Dancing to this unseen rythm helps us feel the greater pulse of life and it creates the basis for great change. So if you wanna make changes in 2026, and have tried so before, but felt them fall through your fingers like grains of sand; then learning Dinacharya is a game changer.

This workshop will be a four part yoga practice with poses for each energy of the day: morning, midday, afternoon & evening. Asana-wise we will also work wisely with inversions and poses that strengthens the arms & heart."

This workshop is open to everyone regardless of your level and experience.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
One of the leading figures of Yoga in Copenhagen, Soham Johansen is a storyteller at heart and he weaves his delightful energy with passion, skill and humor into funky flows, new poses - all supported by technical precision.
Artfully he draws knowledge and inspiration from a background in Anusara Yoga, Sanskrit, Language and Cultural Studies, Ayurveda and two decades of immersing in the Yoga tradition of Siddha Yoga.
