The Winter Solstice is one of the oldest holiday celebrations and my favourite celebration of the year.
Winter brings an inward energy, helping us to work on ourselves and release anything that may be holding us back.
Going inward is an essential part of renewal.
Let us remember and embrace the positive enriching aspect of winter, knowing that the solstice marks the turn back towards daylight.
The dark cycle helps us illuminate an aspect of ourselves. Take time to reflect and fully accept and harvest the whole person you've become since last winter.
