Restorative yoga for rejuvenation

This 90 minute workshop brings you into highly supported restorative yoga asānas. Be wrapped in a stable cocoon of safety and ease, where unravelling and unwinding unfold. Over time, you'll soften into the sweet space within, from which the nectar of luminosity and rejuvenation rain down, nourishing your entire beingness.

You will be guided through 3-4 restorative yoga āsanas and prānayama in this workshop.

Location: Lokamotion (151 Main Street)

Do I need special equipment to participate? You'll need a blanket, a mat and a water bottle. Everything else will be provided for you.
