An Energy Work (Reiki) & Touch Therapy Experience
Come as you are - whatever that looks like that day and step into a safe and nurturing space designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your energy.
This session will be intuitively guided, beginning with gentle breathwork (pranayama) to invite you into deep presence and stillness. Depending on the needs of the group, I may weave in light energy-activating kryias or gentle movements to awaken your inner fire and support your flow.
As the soothing playlist carries the room, I will move gently from person to person, offering Energy Work (Reiki) and Touch Therapy.
Through gentle touch and presence, you’ll be supported in breathing and moving through the energy you hold—releasing what no longer serves you and making space for clarity, balance, and peace.
Together, breath and healing touch weave a path back to your natural state of calm and alignment. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, water, and any items that help you feel comfortable—such as a blanket, pillow, or crystals. And of course, yourself, as you are.
