Join FTR on Tuesday for our weekly fun run, this time in Lincoln Valley / the NB Experimental Farm!

This week will offer a chance to check out more of the area’s lesser-known and lesser-traveled trails. The single-track in this ‘hood offers varied and mostly soft terrain. Some of these are somewhat technical, which is what makes them fun!

As usual, you can expect to run for a little over an hour with some pit stops along the way to catch your breath and regroup. It will be a beautiful day again on Tuesday, and we always recommend bringing water. Post-run refreshments anticipated.

For this location, we simply park along the shoulder of the road (on Beek Ct. - follow the link in this event for the exact location), and plenty of parking is available.
