FTR - 6PM - Tuesday Run - MVP (~7.5km)

Join us Tuesday at 6pm for a fun run on the MVP trails!

These single-track trails are varied and technical in spots, meaning they’re lots of fun. This is a popular area for mountain bikers, so we'll make sure to be respectful of the shared trails while we're out there. Now's a good time to renew your RVC membership if you haven't already - or start thinking about buying a winter membership to help keep these trails in tip-top shape!

We will run a ~7.5km route as usual, and we'll be out there for a little over an hour, including lots of breaks to catch our breath and regroup. The weather looks quite promising again for Tuesda eveningy, so you can bet moods will be high!

Post-run refreshments (and snacks) are always encouraged. There is a decent amount of parking onsite. Head up the Marysville Bypass (heading north / towards Penniac) and go past Bridge St. (which you would usually take towards Marysville) - look for the gravel parking lot on your right just past Bridge St.
