Emily will address the too-common feeling of being overwhelmed by stress and emotional triggers. Navigating work, parenting and healing all at the same time can make it feel impossible to stay calm in the chaos. But peace is possible. Hear what she has to say about how to make day to day life feel more manageable with practical tips and tools.
