This class takes a look at a solid platform that has had a resurgence in recent years. Whether your choice for three-gun match, defensive choice, whatever the case may be, manufacturers are pushing out new and even improved options at a high speed. An often close quarter tool of choice with high-hit probability, its terminal ballistics are hard to argue.

We will discuss the pro’s and con’s of the shotgun and run it on the range. You will get to see how your setup performs and improvements that could provide you with better results.

Open mind and knowledge of safe gun handling practices

• Fighting Shotgun, pump or semi-auto (barrel 20 inches or less)

• A way to carry extra shells on the gun or your person

• Eye and ear protection

• Hat, ball cap style

• Hydration fluids and food for the day

• 200rds Birdshot #6, #7.5

• 15 Buckshot, 15 slugs
