Compassionate Leadership in Policing: Death Notifications, Trauma, Wellness

Join us for a powerful, practical training designed for both law enforcement officers and chaplains. Compassionate Leadership in Policing will equip attendees to deliver death notifications with professionalism and empathy, understand trauma’s impact on responders and families, and implement real-world wellness strategies. Officers attending the morning session will receive 4 hours of CPT credit, while chaplains will engage in a full-day track with extended instruction, hands-on roleplay, and peer-based learning. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion, and lunch is included. Come prepared to grow in your ability to lead, support, and serve with compassion in moments that matter most.
