"Blow Your Own Ornament" (Glassblowing Experience)

Feel the heat during this glass blowing experience as you make 1 ornament (or suncatcher) from molten glass with the assistance of our resident glassblower, Paul.

You will pick your colors, dip the molten glass into colored frit, re-heat the glass in the "glory hole," blow into the blow tube to shape your ornament, and knock the ornament off the pipe.

Minimum age is 8 years old. Youth 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We can accommodate approximately 4-6 people/ornaments per hour. Discounts when booking more than 1 person/ornament. (Groups of 6 or more must call 830-321-7991 for reservation.)

YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED START TIME TO PICK OUT COLORS AND RECEIVE YOUR SAFETY BRIEFING. (For example, if you book a 9 a.m. experience, you need to be here by 8:45 a.m.)

HOT GLASS REQUIRES OVERNIGHT COOLING.

YOUR GLASS PIECE(S) WILL BE READY TO PICK-UP THE NEXT DAY DURING SPECIFIED HOURS. If you cannot return to pick up your piece during the specified hours, we will make other arrangements with you, including shipping at an additional cost.
