“Being Mortal®” explores the hopes of patients and families facing terminal illnesses and their relationships with the doctors who care for them. Join us to discuss & learn how we all can manage conversations better with our family, loved ones or important persons and our doctors.

The morning session includes a panel discussion with local professional experts in end-of-life care planning.
