You're invited to the Carbon Valley Chamber Business Expo & Chili Cook-Off — a lively evening where local business sizzles and chili takes center stage!

This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and offers a fantastic way to explore local Chamber businesses, learn more about what we do, and enjoy a festive night out in the community.

🔥 Chamber Business Chili Cook-Off
Think you can spot an award-winning chili? Chamber members are bringing their best recipes to the table and competing in a friendly cook-off to win your vote! . You’ll get to taste them all and help decide who takes home the title of Chili Champion. For just $15, guests can become official chili judges — your ticket includes chili tastings, a ballot to vote for your favorite, plus one complimentary beer. Additional beer will be available at our cash bar.

Not into chili? No problem — other Chamber businesses will be there to share what they do, showcase their services, and connect with the community. It’s a great chance to discover the amazing local businesses right here in Carbon Valley!

🏊‍♂️ Bring the Kids!
Make it a true night out — kids swim free during the event! (Children ages 7 and under must be accompanied in the water by someone 14 or older.) We’ll also have snacks for the kids, so the whole family can enjoy the evening.
