A gentle pause from the noise ~ this is your space to soften, to realign, and to remember that peace lives within you.
Join me for a 60 minute journey where you’ll be held in the healing energy of meditation, Reiki, and sound. Surrounded by candlelight, crystals, and soulful music, we’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation, followed by Reiki, sound healing using crystal singing bowls and oracle cards.
