When I connect authentically to myself, feeling my aliveness, and what makes up my being, I’m more likely to be able to connect with another, my environment, and eventually with a group. Showing up authentically, just as I am, one moment to the next, and feeling at ease with being in relationship to others.
This two day 5Rhythms workshop will offer you embodiment exercises that encourage connection with yourself and others. If you’ve been wanting more connection in your life, but unsure how to get it, this workshop will offer you a safe space to move towards what you need. And it’s sure to be lots of fun.
