Bourbon Tasting Experience at The Carolina Manor House

Join us for an intimate, limited-seating bourbon experience inside The Carolina Manor House. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a warm welcome and cocktail hour in our Wine Cellar, featuring a handcrafted charcuterie board from Bleachers, a pour of 12-year Weller, and select beer options to sip while you mingle.

At 7:00 PM, guests will move upstairs to our historic Main House for a guided bourbon tasting at our second-floor bar. Tables will be set throughout the house to create the perfect, cozy ambiance as we explore and compare four incredible bourbons:

• Heaven Hill Old Barrel (Aged) – Two Older Expressions (Name TBA)
• Heaven Hill Newly Released – Two New Expressions (Name TBA)

You’ll enjoy a deep dive into tasting notes, aging differences, and how these expressions compare side-by-side.
