Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment that uses points on the hands and feet that correspond to the rest of your body's organs.
The instructor of this class is Valerie Wild Owl, Reflexologist, RN, LMT, CHt, RMT, Tarot and Oracle-card Reader, and Animal Communicator. She will teach you:
· the points on your hands that correspond to the different areas of your body
· different moves and techniques to work with those points
· the various reasons for those moves and techniques
· certain techniques for common ailments
All class materials will be provided. The price for this class is $40 per participant, paid in advance.
