Painting the Parks

Through the seasons of 2024 and 2025, local artists from The Chestnut Group have been capturing the beauty of Franklin’s beloved parks in watercolors, acrylics, and oils. Their work will be unveiled at the second annual Painting the Parks Art Show & Sale, November 6–9 at the historic Hayes House at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm.

Enjoy stunning plein air landscapes of Harlinsdale, Fort Granger, Eastern Flank, Pinkerton, and more — all created to benefit Friends of Franklin Parks and support the preservation of our community’s cherished green spaces.

Admission is free and open to the public. Join us and experience Franklin’s parks through the eyes of talented artists!
