We’re turning up the energy with a 60-minute fusion class that blends the strength of Pilates, the grace of yoga, and the sculpting power of barre — all set to a throwback 90’s QUEENS hip hop & R&B playlist that'll have you feeling nostalgic and empowered.

After class, the vibes continue with your choice of bubbles or a fresh-pressed juice, plus:

🎁 A goodie bag filled with sample treats from our in-house non-toxic line

Whether you're a studio regular or just in it for the playlist and post-class glow, this event is the perfect excuse to get out of the house on a Friday night! *Upon ticket purchase, attendees will be sent an email to confirm any dietary restrictions and post class beverage of choice!
