Free Veteran Yoga Franklin

Free to all veterans, service members, first responders and their in-home family members/caregivers.

Our Warrior Yoga classes are designed specifically for the veteran and first responder community and provide tools to manage stress and increase resilience.

All our classes are beginner-friendly and made to be safe & accessible especially to those who are “inflexible” or who have a traumatic brain-injury. Its appropriate for Warriors of all ages from active duty police or fire to retired.

Our well-trained instructors will deliver a secular style of yoga, focused on the proven mind-body benefits of yoga instead of the spiritual or philosophical aspects of yoga in order to make the class inclusive.

The series is scheduled September through December, but you are welcome to join at any time. We recommend advance registration www.warriorwithinyoga.org/schedule
