Educational Seminar: Sake 101

America certainly has a love affair with Japan, and particularly sake.

This seminar will be a detailed "Sake 101" where we taste a sake and discuss style and brewery, learning about the rice varieties, fermentation processes and more.

We are delighted to have Jennifer O'Donnell, a Certified Sake Adviser with New York Mutual Trading leading us.

We will be tasting:

• Niwa no Uguisi 50
• Kimoene Junmai Daiginjo
• Koshino Kanchubai Gingo
• Kinoene Junmai Migaki 8
• Nihon Sakari Yuzu Sake

Please note:

There is a $25 reservation fee for each registrant. When you check in at the seminar, you will be given a $25 store gift card. If you do not attend, you forfeit the reservation fee. Once requested, reservations are final and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

Also note: Seating for our in-person seminars is limited, and strictly advance reservations are required.

The event will be held upstairs in our Overlook Room, so stairs are required. Restrooms are located downstairs in the store itself.
