Chair Yoga - Fall Session - REGISTRATION FULL

Practice yoga while sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Program held in the Fadrow Room.

Please note: There is NO CLASS on Saturdays, 9/13, 11/1, 11/8 and 11/29.
Registration is required.
