Join Nate Leblanc, corrective exercise specialist, as he discusses practical, real-world strategies for everyday fitness and injury prevention while enjoying delicious gumbo generously provided by Raintree Market.
Nate, who is also a firefighter and functional movement consultant, brings years of front-line experience and knowledge to this month's presentation. Attendees can expect to learn:
--How functional movement can boost daily energy
--Simple strategies to prevent aches, pains, and injuries
--Practical tips to move better at work, at home, and in your community
--Everyday strength training that translates into real life
