2025 Celebration of Life & Butterfly Release Fundraiser

Heart of Hospice - Franklin invites you to remember & celebrate the lives of your loved ones lost. At our Annual Celebration of life & Butterfly Release Fundraiser🦋🦋

Please join us Saturday, November 1st at the Historic Downtown Franklin Pocket Park there will be live music by Chase Landry, and family friendly activities!

Please contact us at 337.828.2678, for any questions, to purchase a butterfly (20 dollars each), or add a name to our memorial list!

**100% of the proceeds from our butterfly and t-shirt sales will go toward supporting patients and families through the Hospice Promise Foundation**
